Job Title: Partner Alliance Account Manager
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: 55 Renfrew Dr., Markham (Hybrid – work from home and office as required)
Start: ASAP
Pay Rate: $125,000 to $150,000
Vacation: 3 weeks + full benefits package
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM


Position Summary:

The Partner Account Manager owns and expands on key vendor relationships that ultimately supports and drives sales initiatives within the organization. Manufacturers are assigned and designated to best meet the needs of our sales organization and manufacturer requirements. The Partner Account Manager is responsible for identifying relevant routes to market, management of development funding, positioning of solution initiatives and building on field engagements that accelerate our overall go to market strategy and sales motion.


Essential Functions:

  • Establishes productive and professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel within our partner community and TeraMach/Pivot sales organization
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel in order to meet sales and service performance objectives and manufacturer requirements
  • Meet mutually agreed upon quarterly/annual business objectives that deliver value within the various business units within our organization
  • Proactively lead joint partner planning processes that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with our brand
  • Proactively, assess and validate the needs of the sales organization on an ongoing basis
  • Manages potential channel conflict within the channel community by the development of strategic relationships
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of necessary company resources and partner personnel
  • Ensures all objectives and requirements are met to remain compliant within the vendor program(s)
  • Drives adoption of company programs that are relevant within your assigned partner community
  • Identify complimentary solutions/routes to market that enhance our solution value within the customer and vendor channel
  • Travel, when necessary, in order to fulfill job functions



  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of business-to-business sales or partner management/business development experience
  • Strong relationships within the IT community in Ontario
  • A good understanding of the security/networking/data center landscape and partner community
  • Experience managing relationships at Executive levels within an organization; leveraging go-to-market alignment to help enable and collaborate for increasing brand awareness and general engagement at field level
  • The ability to build and conduct business reviews, business plans and execute to success
  • Have demonstrated the ability to Lead through Influence
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
