Title: Forklift Driver/Material Handler (Kitchener)
Location: 1171 Pioneer Road, Burlington ON L7M 1A7
Type: 1-year Contract (possibility of extension)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM – 2PM (37.5 hrs/ week) EST
Starts: November 20, 2023
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr; if travel is required, mileage of $0.50/km will be provided.
- Needs forklift experience (within the last 2 years)
- Must have computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong Communication skills
- Material Handling experience is an asset; must possess the ability to lift/maneuver material
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to clear Bell Security background check
Job Description:
- Driving a forklift
- Material Order Placement (Create Sales Orders)
- Post Good Issue
- Inventory custodian
- Provide inventory services as requested (Vehicles and DC)
- Provide over the counter service
- Prepare orders for shipment or delivery
- Prepare all necessary paperwork.
- Marshall Project Equipment
- Returns Processing (Reels and regular materials)
