Job Title: OCM Consultant – Claude Adoption Program (AI Enablement)
Job Type: 4-month Part-time Contract (Strong potential for extension)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (as required)
Hours: 5–15 hours/week depending on phase
Duration: 4 Months
Pay Rate: $75/hr T4 OR $95.00/hour Inc.


Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a new enterprise AI adoption initiative focused on Claude. This role supports an extension of an existing Copilot adoption program and will focus on driving user adoption, enablement, and change management activities across the organization.
The engagement includes both a structured planning phase and ongoing adoption support as Claude capabilities are introduced into enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support OCM and adoption activities for Claude rollout
  • Develop enablement materials including micro-learnings, training sessions, leadership communications, and adoption toolkits (“leader kits”)
  • Translate AI/technical concepts into clear business and user impacts
  • Support development of use cases and agent-based workflows
  • Deliver live and recorded training sessions for end users
  • Create and execute communication plans for adoption and change reinforcement
  • Collaborate with IT, product, and business stakeholders to drive adoption success
  • Support ongoing engagement and user readiness activities throughout rollout

Required Experience:
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience in enterprise environments
  • Experience with Claude as a user
  • Experience supporting technology adoption programs (SaaS, digital workplace, or AI tools preferred)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into user-facing communications and training
  • Experience creating training content, communications, and enablement materials
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments

Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar LLM platforms
  • Experience with enterprise AI or digital transformation programs
  • Background in adoption of productivity or collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with prompt-based tools or AI use cases
