Job Title: Bilingual Senior Analyst - Security focused
Type: Contract 3 to 6 months
Start date: ASAP
End Date: 3 months after start date
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Hourly rate: $65.00 or more
Hours: Monday to Friday generally 9 to 5
Location: The resource can work remote or at the office at  Cremazie Ouest

As a Senior Analyst, IT User Device Management (security focused), you will secure PCs and Mobile devices by ensuring the security patches are correctly applied and deploying compliance policies to ensure that our security policies are strictly enforced across out fleet of 10,000+ devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize our security patch distribution mechanisms
  • Manage our EDR solution
  • Build out Intune/GPO policies to ensure that our security policies are strictly enforced
  • Investigate security alerts
  • Solve problems that may arise from day-to-day operations (Level 3).
  • Participate in the development and enforcement of standards for EUC class devices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Experience with Windows Defender ATP
  • Experience with deploying security policies via Microsoft Intune
  • Experience with Windows update for Business
  • Experience with deploying security updates with Microsoft SCCM/Endpoint manager
  • Experience with Microsoft Group Policy
  • Experience using Sysinternals tools for advanced troubleshooting
  • Experience scripting in PowerShell
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • MCSE: Mobility or MCSA: Windows 10 certifications strongly desired
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities
  • Experience carrying out small- and large-scale technical projects with a demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with team members
  • Willingness to work beyond business hours and be on call, as necessary, to minimize downtime during planned or unexpected modifications to the network/system
  • Bilingualism (French and English; spoken and written) is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
