Job Title: Bilingual Deskside Support
Location: 2855 Swansea Crescent, Ottawa Ontario
Job Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2 Months w/ possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $25 -$27.50/Hour
Office Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm
 

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Taking phone call from customer, responding to e-mails regarding computing issues
• Provide back-end support for migration of data
• Migration and upgrading to new MS Win 10 & 11
• Support client if the customer gets stuck
• Assisting with projects, imaging PC ’or laptops; applying labels
• Assisting staging team with what ever is needed to complete other work

Qualifications:

• A related degree/diploma
• A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting users with end-user computing issues
• Must speak French
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Knowledge of Directory Services
• Experience with Windows 10
• MS Office/MS Win 10 etc.
• Ability to configure and prepare a desktop/laptop from scratch

• Support and trouble-shoot a desktop issues
• Ability to follow instructions and direction
• Be prompt and on time each day
• Be efficient and organized and professional
• Good customer service skills, good communications written and oral
