Job Type: 3-month contract with the high possibility of extension
Location: 2445 Cohen Street, H1A 0A2, Montreal, QC
Start Date: September 3, 2025
End Date: 3 months from start date
Shift: 4x10-hour shifts, Friday to Monday (Service Coverage may vary & subject to change with some rotation, weekends, nights, OT)
Rate: $24/hr
Responsibilities:
- Travel between customer sites to resolve basic ATM issues such as paper jams, cash jams, or machine resets.
- Respond to 5–8 service calls per day across your assigned territory.
- Use client-provided tools, training, and service kits to complete assigned work orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate service call documentation using basic technology.
- Interact with customers in professional and public-facing environments, often involving the handling of money.
- Occasionally work alongside a security escort/guard.
Qualifications:
- Must have a reliable vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance required.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs, work on your knees, and bend frequently when servicing ATMs.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to self-manage daily tasks.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and adaptable to varying field conditions (indoors and outdoors, including inclement weather).
- Must have basic technician tools.
- Must be a fast learner, eager to develop technical skills, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
