Job Title: Inside Sales/Junior Account Manager

Location: 888 15th St 'A' E, Owen Sound, ON, N4K 1Y1 (Hybrid role)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (40 hours per week)
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 + commissions
This position requires experience with computer hardware and software as you will be taking incoming calls to build sales quotes for computer hardware and software using our quoting tools, identifying, and maintaining priority sales opportunities, building relationships with vendors and customers. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We experience an extremely high sales volume, so it’s important to maximize your time and attention to detail is a mandatory requirement of this position.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Respond to email and phone inquiries regarding sales of computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
Build quotes utilizing our quoting tools for computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
Follow up on quotes/sales opportunities via our quoting tools, phone calls and emails.
Process orders thru our online ordering systems
Identify current high margin products available from manufactures thru back-end rebates or available discounts.
Build relationships with Distribution partners that fosters sales opportunities.
Inform customers of alternative products or promotions if they are unable to obtain the product or software, they originally wanted.
Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries.
Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up.
Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages.
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years inside sales experience in the IT industry
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
Familiarity with online quoting tools, Windows operating systems and Office products
Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred.
