Job Title: Resources Service Coordinator
Type: Contract 
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months or longer
Start Date: ASAP
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
Hours/Week: 40

Overview:
The foundation of this position is establishing processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service cost-effectively. This role is well-suited to people with a passion for excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and who enjoy working as part of a team.
The Resources Service Coordinator will report to the Customer Service Manager and the core responsibilities will include setting up appointments with the customers and following up as needed.  

The candidate should have:
  • 2 years exp in a related field and a relevant degree/diploma
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience with incident management tools preferred
  • Service desk experience preferred
  • Bilingual is an asset but not required
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing and proper grammar
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
