Type: 3 to 6-month Contract (possibility of extension)

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr + $0.40/km
Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to midnight.
Responsibilities:
- Basic installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory—all while keeping customers completely assured and satisfied. (And in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements, of course.)
- Perform work on products like ATMs, POS systems, kiosks and workstations.
- Assist in site preparation, including installation of cable, staging of equipment, and minor testing of equipment.
- Guard all assets used in the delivery of customer services (that is tools, software, vehicles, documentation, and intellectual property).
- Maintain stellar records and an appropriate parts inventory.
- Capture customer information for invoicing and stay in contact to ensure the best possible service.
- Resolve problems before they start by performing periodic preventative maintenance.
- Pull in the proper associate, team member, or territory manager who can help.
- Record-keeping log of all customer calls and activity, plus track all expenses incurred in the delivery of services (like phone calls or driving).
Qualifications:
- Must have a technical diploma and a minimum of 6 months of field experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Must be flexible to work rotating shifts which can include nights, weekends, overtime, and flex shifts, as well as being on call to keep customers happy

- Must be able to carry and lift tools and parts weighing up to 50 lbs
