It’s my pleasure to let you know about the experience I have had with Mr. Wills. While under the pressure of the team asking him every 20 minutes and “taking the heat on behalf of Dell”, he has always conducted himself in a professional matter and with a smile. Granted he is here fixing a big issue, he is great under pressure. He has been keeping me informed of his status the whole time and when he thinks he would finish. The one item that I would like to point out that he went above and beyond the call of duty was when you and I called him at 8:00pm to make arrangements to have him come up and swap out another motherboard that worked for half a day and then died. Mr Wills was here early in the day as promised and immediately got to task. Even though this whole situation was and has been out of Mr Wills’ control, he always has been polite and professional. A true Dell Ambassador. Please pass this along to his Manager and to Mr Wills.
