Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Level 1 Windows 11 Technician to provide immediate support for their service desk following a recent company-wide migration to Windows 11. The successful candidate will play a key role in triaging technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue Triaging: Act as the first point of contact for incoming service desk requests, with a focus on troubleshooting Windows 11–related issues.
- Technical Support: Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software inquiries.
- Escalation Management: Accurately document issues and escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with both English and French-speaking users to resolve technical concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT staff and support teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of user incidents.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and French.
- Minimum 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with desktops, laptops, and common applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
