Job Title: Deskside Support Technician
Type: Contract - 6 months
Location: Strathmore AB
Pay Rate: $20-26/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description/Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Deskside Support experience providing remote and in person support to End Users in enterprise IT environment. Seeking a candidate that is not too junior nor too Senior.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, installing/configuring computer hardware/software, printers, and basic network.
• Basic Active Directory: access, passwords, and user account.
• Support mobile Device : iPhone or Android.
• Work with Intune Mobile Device Management would be an asset.
• Utilize ticketing System (i.e., HP Service Manager, ITSM, ServiceNow)
• Assets management.
