Job Title: Printer Field Technician 

Type: Part Time - Monday -Friday 8-5

Location: Various end clients across the GTA.
(Ideally candidate is located in the west end of the GTA) 
(Majority of clients are located in the west end)
(Brampton, Halton Hills, Mississauga, Milton, Burlington and Oakville)

Start: ASAP

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00

KM Reimbursement: $0.46 per km, does not apply for the first 50 km travelled.
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm

Description

To provide timely service to existing contract and billable customers in the GTA. Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Take up tasks such as new equipment set-ups, equipment reconditioning and general technical service.

Skills

Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.

Knowledge of Basic Networking.

Computer and analytical skills.

Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of printers manufactured by HP, Brother, Lexmark, Xerox.

Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to problem solve, conduct written and verbal communication, read and comprehend technical information.

Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes.

Must have a reliable vehicle.

Must have valid driver license and insurance.

3 + years experience

Educational Background

Candidates with a High School Diplomas, Electronics or Computer Associates Degrees will be preferred.

Certifications

Certifications awarded by manufacturers: HP, Xerox, Konica, Lexmark and Canon would be beneficial.
