Job Title: Project Coordinator
Type: Contract - 16 weeks
Location: 180 Honda Boulevard, Markham, Ontario, L6C 0H9
Start date: Sep 18th, 2023
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Scope of the work: To assist with hardware deployment project deploying desktops and laptops for end users Working from 180 Honda Boulevard, Markham, Ontario, L6C 0H9. The project is ongoing for 16 weeks.

Job Description: 
  • Submitting assets into the portal for process/audit purposes and to allow Customers or parties to Assist with end-user commutations.
  • Scheduling of appointments with End Users.
  • Picking up hardware from the storage area.
  • Update inventory records with username, user ID and serial numbers
  • Kitting of devices with monitor, iPad, iPhone as requested
  • Update Inventory Records with Returned hardware Model & Serial Numbers
Skill set required:
  • Minimum 3 years if experience in project coordination preferably IT deployment/hardware rollout projects
  • Ability to independently run project meetings and working sessions to prioritize requirements, issues, and deliverables with project stakeholders of diverse authority levels and various technical support leads.
  • Experience preparing budgets (consolidating project costs) and identifying project risks and reporting to lead PM
  • Possess knowledge in the use of project management tools necessary in the success of this role (e.g., MS Project / Visio / PowerPoint / Excel & Adobe PDF).
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering superior levels of customer service and experience.
  • An asset to be working towards the completion or having, in good standing, a completed Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional ScrumMaster (PSM).
  • Strong customer service and communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills
  • Post-secondary education.
