Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Type: Permanent (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite, 2 days from home)

Location: Markham ON - 7400 Woodbine Ave Unit #1

Start Date: ASAP

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00

Job Descriptions:

The Sales Coordinator will work to support customer service and sales representatives. Their duties include promoting customer satisfaction, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the sales staff. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product catalog management 
  • Project management
    • Sales Pipeline management
    • Big project demand planning
  • Reporting
    • Monthly forecast report and analysis
    • Aging report including landed costing
    • Product SKU analysis 
    • Inventory analysis
  • Marketing Support 
  • Dynamic Pricing/Pricing and Custom Inquiry Management 
  • Rebate Management 
  • Monthly Sales reports
  • Sales Meeting Coordinating – Monthly Director Meetings
  • Managing Tradeshows and attending
  • Display Orders – Manage database
  • Sales Support for all regions
  • National Account Support:
    • HD Commerce Hub Update (new item, inventory check, pricing)

Requirements and Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in a marketing or sales role
  • Post Secondary diploma in business or marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Established team building, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage workload by effectively prioritizing tasks to meet expectations and deadlines
  • Proactive problem solving and analytical capabilities for data driven decision making
  • Strong computer-based skills including: MS Excel, Outlook 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent sales acumen and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Ability to attend all sales training conferences off-site
  • Ability to be a team player with a high level of dedication
