Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00
Job Descriptions:
The Sales Coordinator will work to support customer service and sales representatives. Their duties include promoting customer satisfaction, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the sales staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product catalog management
- Project management
- Sales Pipeline management
- Big project demand planning
- Reporting
- Monthly forecast report and analysis
- Aging report including landed costing
- Product SKU analysis
- Inventory analysis
- Marketing Support
- Dynamic Pricing/Pricing and Custom Inquiry Management
- Rebate Management
- Monthly Sales reports
- Sales Meeting Coordinating – Monthly Director Meetings
- Managing Tradeshows and attending
- Display Orders – Manage database
- Sales Support for all regions
- National Account Support:
- HD Commerce Hub Update (new item, inventory check, pricing)
Requirements and Skills:
- 1-2 years experience in a marketing or sales role
- Post Secondary diploma in business or marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Established team building, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to manage workload by effectively prioritizing tasks to meet expectations and deadlines
- Proactive problem solving and analytical capabilities for data driven decision making
- Strong computer-based skills including: Expert level Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent sales acumen and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills
- Ability to attend all sales training conferences off-site
- Ability to be a team player with a high level of dedication
