Location: Remote (candidates must be local to Ontario OR Quebec)
Languages Required: English & French (Fluent, both written and spoken)
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonus

We’re on the hunt for a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, loves the chase, and is eager to contribute to the growth of some of the most exciting companies across Canada and the US.

You won’t be handed a territory, you’ll own it. You’ll be building relationships, identifying decision-makers, and creating custom solutions with our experienced recruitment team to deliver game-changing tech talent.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the Hunt: Source and connect with new leads, decision-makers, and potential clients in need of IT staffing solutions.
  • Drive Discovery: Lead and participate in discovery calls to understand clients’ challenges and staffing needs.
  • Build the Pipeline: Enter and manage opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle using our CRM.
  • Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with Account Executives, Recruitment, and Marketing to drive deals forward.
  • Present & Propose: Support proposal creation, client quotes, and forecast planning.
  • Stay Sharp: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to remain ahead of industry trends.
  • Contribute to Strategy: Participate in sales meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Champion the Brand: Help develop case studies, success stories, and content that highlight the value we bring.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and French – strong written and verbal skills in both languages.
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, account development, or customer-facing roles – ideally in IT, recruitment, or staffing.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a bonus.
  • A hunter’s mindset – tenacious, goal-driven, and resilient.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for technology and a curiosity for how businesses grow.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; you juggle priorities with ease.
