Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch
Hours/Week: 40
Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $75,000
Bonus: Potential bonus of $3,000 based on branch performance and $1000 on EBITDA
Assessment: Cognitive and Behavioral to be done before the first interview
Responsibilities
- Adaptability: Demonstrated capability to excel in a dynamic work environment, effectively managing various tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Operational Oversight: Daily monitoring of operational metrics to ensure consistency in customer order fulfillment, encompassing order status, invoicing, shipping, and inventory levels.
- Budget Management: Efficient handling of operational expenditures, covering expenses related to transportation, storage, and office management. Identify opportunities for cost reduction while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Team Leadership: Supervise team activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation. Utilize performance metrics for continuous improvement and provide regular feedback through one-on-one meetings and annual reviews.
- Communication Hub: Facilitate daily team meetings to disseminate information on sales targets, promotions, performance results, and procedural updates. Ensure alignment with standard operating procedures and facilitate training sessions as necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures to uphold product/service standards and minimize inventory discrepancies, waste, and losses.
- Logistics Management: Oversee all logistics operations, including inventory control, transportation logistics, and expenditure management. Conduct regular audits and inventory checks to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Relations: Foster positive relationships both internally and externally to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, such as peers, customers, and suppliers, to achieve organizational objectives and share best practices.
- Compliance: Ensure team members receive up-to-date training on equipment and safety protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Any other projects/duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to delegate and set clear expectations.
- Possess strong analytical abilities and financial insight
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
