Job Title: Deskside Support Technician
Type: Contract - 26 weeks at 40 hours/week.  
Location: 200 Bay St - Main Floor, Toronto, ON M5J 2J5
Starts: September 11, 2023
End date: February 28th, 2024 - end date could change depending on the start date
Pay Rate: $24 to $27 Term 
 

• Knowledge of Service Now
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
• Customer focused
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Must be able to organize daily tasks
• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Managing deployment of computing devices to new RBC employees
• Install applications as required to devices
• Logged all deployments
• Update interactions with all required information
• Basic troubleshooting passwords resets, VPN
• Record asset tags of laptops returned
• Reimage and Re-deploy non End of Lease devices
• Produce weekly report of all deployed asset for custodian change.
• Record Mobile phone details
• Ship Mobile phones to warehouse
